Carolyn practices using the model of therapy called Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) focuses on understanding and addressing patterns of disconnection in relationships, aiming to strengthen emotional bonds and foster positive relational cycles for individuals, couples, and families, emphasizing the healing power of shared emotional experiences.

Rates
RATES for 50 minute session
Individual: $150
Couples/Family: $195
Individual Clients can be provided with a Superbill to self-submit to your insurance. Not applicable for Couples.
