Cancellation Policy

Live Training Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subjected to a 20% administrative fee. Cancellations received 45 or more days prior to the training will be refunded minus the 20% administrative fee. Cancellations received 44 days or less will be refunded 50% of what was paid minus the 20% administrative fee.
