Learning Objectives
Participants will be able to:

List at least three ways that therapists use of self might be enhanced by therapists exploring their own emotional histories

Locate within the five EFT Tango Moves the places where depth of emotion is central

Discuss ways that therapists might reframe therapist’s stress to promote a deeper engagement with clients and relationship bonds

Identify the impact of internalized deficit model on view of self and others for clients who come from marginalized cultures

Apply EFT interventions that promote self-exploration of cultural identification

Compare the difference between tracking emotion and being in emotion

Define therapist’s blocks to taking charge of a session
