What to expect
Carolyn practices using the model of therapy called Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This model incorporates all aspects of our need for connection with others. Through the work of EFT, we understand that patterns develop in relationships that can leave us feeling stuck and distant from loved ones, despite wanting safe, close connection.

EFT aims to strengthen your emotional bond and develop positive cycle of relating that lasts a lifetime. This is true for individuals, couples, and families. We heal best when we do it together!

Tricare and BCBS insurance accepted for individual sessions only. (Couples/family sessions cannot be billed to insurance at this time.)
