Get to know me
I completed a B.S. in Psychology at the College of Charleston, a M.S. in Social Psychology at the University of Tennessee, studying marital relationships, before completing a M.A. in Clinical Counseling at Heidelberg University in Tiffin, Ohio. I am a certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) therapist and am training as an EFT supervisor, helping other therapists embrace the model for their work with clients, in addition to their own personal and relational growth.
In addition, I offer weekend workshops for couples and families with teens in the Charleston, SC area. I love meeting locals at these as well as those wanting to experience a getaway that strengthens their connection! In the future, I am looking forward to offering other resources for relationship enrichment such as extended sessions, called intensives.
I am enthralled with relationships, romantic and platonic, as ever and much of my spare time is spent discussing, observing, or learning about relationships.
I am honored to experience courageousness in working with clients as it is challenging to allow our own authenticity to be known to ourselves, let alone to others!
Therapy Rates:
Couples/Family: $195
Individual: $150
I am an independently licensed counselor, with supervisory credentials, in both Ohio and South Carolina. I am able to provide counseling services to clients in person in the Mt. Pleasant, SC office, and virtually in either state.
*Though I am able to accept Tricare and BCBS insurance for individuals, couples/family sessions are not able to be billed in the same way. I would be happy to provide clarity for this difference when we connect for services.
